Saundra Nathelda Murray, age 75, of Stotts City, Missouri, passed away peacefully Tuesday January 28, 2020. She entered this life November 30, 1944, in Ballinger, Texas, the daughter of Alonza and Willie Belle (Lucas) Blackmon. Arrangements are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
To further research, Saundra has donated her body to science. She loved playing the piano and dancing. The most important time to Saundra was making memories with her grandchildren as they were her life. She will be loved and missed for all time.
Saundra is preceded in death by her parents Alonza and Willie Blackmon of Stinnett, Texas; son, Charles “Chuck” Cloyd England of Stinnett, Texas; daughter, Shanna Lynn England of Stinnett, Texas; two brothers: Lon Blackmon of Fritch, Texas and Boyce Blackmon of Gilmer, Texas; and sister, Sylvia Cloyd Blackmon of Stinnett, Texas.
She is survived by her significant other, Randall Williams; five children: Kim Cloyd Edwards of Hamilton, Texas; Lori England Deen of Ingleside, Texas; Steve England of Borger, Texas; Shane Murray of Branson, Missouri; and Stacey Murray of Stotts City, Missouri. Saundra is also survived by two sisters: Shirley Ringo of Amarillo, Texas, and Alice Yake of Stinnett, Texas; fourteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. February 4, 2020, at Full Life Fellowship in Purdy, Missouri, with Tommie Maddocks officiating. An inurnment will be held in Stinnett, Texas at a later date. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
