PAYNE, JUDY DANIEL - age 62, of Strawberry Plains, went to be with her Lord on Friday, November 29, 2013. Judy lost her battle with Cancer at Tennova Hospital, where she had been hospitalized for several weeks. She was of the Baptist faith and retired from Open Arms. Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. She is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Charles Payne; father, Frank A. Daniel; brother, Ronnie Daniel. Survived by daughter, Tonya Payne Phillips and husband, Frank; grandchildren, Courtney Hayes and Megan Phillips; mother, Beatrice Daniel; sister-in-law, Ginger Daniel Watson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; including special nephew, Todd (Jennifer) Daniel; and special nieces, Madison and Emily Daniel.
