Thanks to Steve Creamean for letting me know about Milan's passing. Milan was a cool guy and will be missed. As noted in his obit. he did well with his time here with us. He got to see the Cubs finally do it for all their fans and Milan. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends. Ken Crosiar

I think he was as good as Lee Trevino....and maybe could have won the Masters if he had expanded his horizons.. but then again he won the championship of living a good life.  A hole in one Milan!

ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO..0N A 510 YD 18TH 'BULLDOG' LEG RIGHT. HITTING EVERY OTHER BALL IN COMPETITION. I HIT SHORTCUT DRIVE STRAIGHT INTO ROUGH. GRASS WAS TAMPED DOWN. NO OUT OF BOUNDS MARKERS. MILAN'S TURN AT A SEVEN IRON ABOUT 150YDS AWAY. ROWS  OF TREES IN FRONT OF US -COULD NOT SEE THE GREEN. MILAN HITS PERFECT SHOT AND SAYS INSTANTLY "THAT'S GOIN" IN ROCKIN' RABBIT". SURE ENOUGH A DOUBLE EAGLE!

Milan was a good and generous man. A true friend of mine & until the end he gave much and expected little in return. He was always upbeat, a family man first & foremost, who never lost his faith in God. He is & will be missed.
