Grandma Warwick got 3 granddaughters that year. The first was Edie Carby, then me, then Kathy. We lived at opposit ends of town and didn't see each other much in our school years, but as we got older and had our children, we began to have more of a relationship. She was there with moral support when Nick was sick, and I tried to do the same when she lost Doug. Whenever we talked, there was love and caring between us. And she's with her mother and dad, Doug, and her brothers, Jerry and Jimmy and her sister, Cyndi.
