Services for David S. Gallup, 29, of 408 Main St., Long Point, who was pronounced dead at 5:10 a.m. Monday, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Winterrowd Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Visitation will be two hours prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.

Born Feb. 11, 1959, in Streator, he was the sone of Fred Gallup and Karen (Emm) Shepard.

Surviving are his mother, Karen (Mrs. Marvin) Shepard, of Strerator; his father, Fred Gallup, of Leonore; daughters, Kari Gallup of Assumption and Rox Anne Gallup, of Long Point; a son, David Gallup Jr., of Long Point; sisters, Tina Popplewell of Long Point, Terri Gallup, of Streator; a brother, Mark Gallup, of Fort Wayne, Ind.; maternal grandparents, Goldie Emm of Streator and Norman Emm of Chicago; paternal grandmother, Lola Overocker, of Pontiac; and several nieces and nephews.

He was employed at Dependable Manufacturing Company of Streator.
