David J. “Breezely” Himan, 38, of Streator, died at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 15, 1999, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Winterrowd-Hagi Funeral Home. The Rev. David Koch will officiate. Music will be provided by Rev. Koch.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be brothers, Robert Himan Jr. and Ronald Himan; brother-in-law, Jeffrey Fletcher; cousin, John Shinkey; and Rodney Vogel, Rick Severins and Charles Verduzco.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Born July 13, 1960, in Streator, he was the son of Robert E. and Carolyn J. (Shinkey) Himan. They survive.
Also surviving are brothers, Robert (Melody) Himan Jr. of DeKalb and Ronald (Brenda) Himan of Streator; a sister, Sherri (Mrs. Jeffrey) Fletcher of Kangley; four nephews; two nieces, and a friend, Shirley Monarrez of Streator.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William Shinkey and Camilla Doden, paternal grandparents, Auldean Himan and Lorena Moeller.
He was a 1978 graduate of Streator High School.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
