Jerome L. Liptak, 59, of Streator passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at his residence in Streator.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Streator.

Cremation rites have been accorded. The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Born July 4, 1960 in Streator he was the sone of Lawrence and Christine (Lamango) Liptak.

He is survived by many friends and family who love him including his siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Born and raised in Streator he attended St. Stephen’s Grade School and graduated from Streator High School.

He was self-employed through the years doing painting and landscaping work.

He was a long-time member of the former St. Stephen’s Church. He also had previously belonged to the Streator Eagle’s Club.
