
Tamra M. Weber-Gonzales, 64 passed away Saturday (July 20, 2024) at her daughter's residence after a brief illness.
Tamra was born on August 17, 1959, in Rockford, IL to Robert W. and Geneva Louise (Scanland) Weber Sr. She married Carlos Gonzales on April 17, 2015.
Survining is her baby sister Janet (Ginger) Weber-Loper of Waterloo, IA, daughter Cassandra Weber-Libby, son in law Victor Torres of Streator, brother Robert (Veronica) Weber Jr. of Streator, son, Clayton (Shannon) Weber-Libby, grandchildren, Litith of Peru, Freya, Logan and Angel Selvidge of Streator, Amaya McMillian, Kylar, CJ Weber of Streator, nephews T.J. Gaddis of Spring Valley, Jacob (Amanda) Gaddis of Peru, Dalton (Amanda) Owen of Cedar Falls, IA, Nathan (Sarah) Weber, Andrew (Amber) Weber and Zach (Hailey) Weber, several cousins, aunts, great nieces and nephews.
Tamra attended Streator Schools and graduated from IVCC in Oglesby with a degree in Marketing. Tamra worked as an advocate for against Domestic Violence. She enjoyed crafts, baking and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, several aunts and special uncle Kirby Scanland.
A special thank you to Victor Torres for letting our mother/sister stay at his house. Logan and Freya Selvidge for taking great care of their mima.
Anyone wo knew our mother/sister knew she was a very caring kind person. She would help anyone at any time if she was able.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Winterrowd Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3 p.m. with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
