I have never gotten over Carolyn's passing. It has been well over 20 years and when I think about her, it's like yesterday when I got the call that she was gone. She and I used to talk about being married having children and even our childrens' names. We shared our dreams so many days and even nights when we took turns walking eachother home swatting mosquitos all the way. I was her Maid of Honor when she got married. She was such a beautiful bride! How special she was and thoughtful. Every Mother's Day I think of her, the last time we talked on the phone, she called to wish me a Happy Mother's Day. I still have a hole in my heart for her. We were the best of friends, loved her so much and still do. Always will. Until next lifetime...sleeping beauty.
