Hello Class it's FRIDAY! I'm ready for the weekend. My son has started working this summer and he's 15. He got his first check and I can't tell him anything. He asked me who all those people were taking money out of his check...He was talking about FICA, STATE, MEDICARE, AND SO ON...I told him those are the people you have to take care of for as long as you work...Just consider them your children...He said well I don't think I need anymore kids looks like I got 4 right here...I laughed my butt off ...His sister whose 9 asked for something and he told her to get a job. I asked him, "You've been waiting 15 years to tell someone that haven't you?". He said yes and it felt good...LOL...Kids make you laugh.

For all the men out there who are truly fathers, HAVE A HAPPY FATHERS DAY. Thank you

TRuth - faithful more at true. Sincerity in action, character and utterance. The state of being the case: FACT. The body of real things, events and facts: ACTUALLTY. The body of true statements and propositions. The property of being in accord with facts or reality.

First of all I want to wish all the class of 88 fathers ,....A Happy Father's Day!!

I know it's been a while since I've logged on the class site but I've been too busy having fun. I do appreciate and thank all of the classmates that have been calling me and sending e-mails. I promised a particular classmate that I would log-on and post a message.

In my opinion ,....The class reunion is about ,...reflecting on the good and joyous time we've shared in high school. It's about reflecting on memories we experienced as kids. It's about how we grew up as children to become the men and women we are today. It's about catching up with each other on life's journey. It's about appreciating each others company and sharing knowledge that could perhaps help one another.

The untruthful, jealous, envy and the miserable has hurt our website. False statements have been posted time after time to help boost an individual accomplishments or status in life.... " Who really cares about what supposively happened twenty years ago?" Life is about the present and the future! (What's happening now!!!) Besides ,....although many classmates might not say anything,.......the majority knows the TRUTH!!!!! Many negative statements are being posted without taking the consideration of others. A lot of back stabbing (smile in your face and talk behind you back),.... over phone conversations. Believe it or not word travels faster than a speeding jet. Negativity, false character and lies will never stand. There is an "ole saying" ,..."The Truth Shall Set You Free!" I will not support liers or cater to the jealous and envy! (Zero Tolerance for HATERS!) Most of the comments posted by certain individuals was BOLOGNA as OSCAR MAYER!!!

A couple of rotten apples can ruin the whole bunch. I refuse to let the devil steal my joy. It's about happiness and fun. Life is too short to hold grudges or have envy. It's about counting your blessings and showing love towards one another. If it's fake and it's not real,....my advice to you is to keep steppin. You stick out like a sore thumb and look real silly!

Not being negative just being truthful! Don't take my word for it ,......just go back and look at some of the messages posted on 1988's website,.....Then look at 1989's site. Boy,.......what a difference!

As a class ,...we should be happy ,...enjoy life,...enjoy one another ,.....ignore ignorance and appreciate the fact that ,..."WE ARE ALL BLESSED!"

Being positive and showing love is the only thing that will bring people closer together.......

Peace and luv Class of 88!!!!!

If you want to talk to me about anything ,.....call me at 205-706-5008! I will gladly serve you!!!!

Good Morning Class of 88. I hope all the Fathers had was a wonderful time on Father's Day.

Mark, Glad everything is going well for you. Sometimes you have to push everyone back like you did and take your time to make a decision. Be proud to know that someone thinks so much of you to get bugging you about a job after you've told them no a thousand times... LOL.Continue to do what's right for you and your family

Stewart, what's up? Glad you joins us on the forum. Everything is good with us here on the forum. Nice pictures you posted. I will be posting pictures sometime tonight or tomorrow. Keep in contact with us on the forum. We enjoy hearing from you and all the wonderful things that going for you.

What up C'Mates?

I'm signing back on to say hi. School has started this week and I may get a little busy. I said I was going to keep posting so if I need a little knucklenudge, feel free to drop me a line.

Kenny Hall
WAAASSSSSSUUUUUUPPPPPP!!!! That was funny. I can still remember those commercials like yesterday. Great point on not living in the past. I keep my past on a shelf so I can give advice to those who are going through the same situations I went through, especially my daughter and other children that GOD will bless us with. You always bring a GOOD STRONG word. What's the name of your church?

Carl Stewart
What up man! Keep having fun. It looks like you are enjoying life to the fullest. I am impressed by how you hold it down with your family. It looks like you all are extremely close. Nice pics, but I haven't see those of you popin' and lockin'. What's up?!?! HAHAHAHA That was a good time to me back in the day, us dancin' against each other.

Class,

I plead with you to look inside and examine yourselves to ensure that you have no negative feelings towards any of your classmates. It's already been said to leave the past in the past. I understand if we want to bring points up by using the past. I only do it to show how I've grown as a Man, then I put it back on the shelf for future use, ie., giving kids advice, remembering what happened when I did that, etc. If anyone does harbor any ill-will towards anyone, make the first step to squash it, kill it, destroy it, what ever you need to do. If you don't, you will die a horible death of a stroke or heart attack and you will be eaten by worms and everyone will forget about you and...........hahahahahahahaha.

Flo, I heard "Bangin' in Little Rock started again. Is that true?

Happy Belated Mother's and Father's day to ALL!!

Much Luv Class!!!!
MAS

Glad to read the positive vibes on the forum. Flo, thanks for the reminder of what's important in life. Forgot to call you this weekend and let you know I'm coming to Stuttgart for two back-to-back weekends. I'll be there this Thursday - Sunday for my Aunt Ora's homegoing celebration (R.I.L). In case you don't know her, she's the mother of Clark ('84), Katrina ('86), Angela ('87), and Albert ('89) Sims.

And then I'll be back the following Thursday - Sunday for the July 4th weekend. I honestly do not remember the last time I visited Stuttgart in the summer...or travelled to Arkansas 4x in three months...but that's what we do for family and friends.

Good Afternoon Class!

I want to start by saying that I am not holding anything against anyone for things in the past! I have realized that things could have been different if I had spoke up to be heard and not be so shy and scared. But I have learned that I am not a doormat to anyone and Welcome is not write on my forehead! For those that don't like me for the person I am (which is a good person)or you dislike anyone else I say this to you my brother FUCK YOU! Life is to short and I do not have time to play some child's game and lose valueable time with my friends and family!

Mike...I hope its not me!

Cedric...I will call you when I gets sometime my brother...things are just hard for me to make phone calls, but I will!

Flo...you are such a wonderful friend to us all with your smile and sisterly ways!

I wish you all are great day!

Friends,
Mark

Hey you guys it's all good. Let enjoy the forum and enjoy laughing with and at each other. No one needs to speak on the misfortune of the behavior on a forum from this day forward. Let's move on and enjoy. It's apparant that those that are on the forum get alone and like each other so lets not grace those that are negative with addressing their negative behavior...

I LOVE YALL MAN!!! Now tell me how many of you guys remember saying that back in the day when you got toasted. You don't have to admit it on here but aren't you glad you grew out of that stage. For the recorded I never said that....LOL

Yolanda you ready to eat? I am trying to find some good ribes and catfish.

Hey Everyone. I see you guys are hooking up on the 4th. I'll consider it. Since I missed the reunion, this may be my only chance to see many of you. Maybe I'll stock up on some Cutter's and head that way.

Hey MAS! I give all the glory to God man. You know as well as I do that talking God is not enough. Doing it is the key.

James 1:22-25 says "Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it—he will be blessed in what he does.

Mike I attend St. Louis Christian Center. www.slcc.org
We're almost done with then new site. You'll be able to get live streams and access archives teachings. We go to the Word and we are encouraged to study it. Classmates. Study your WORD! When you go to church take a notebook and write down all the scriptures being taught. Church is motivating and encouraging, but we should be learning to apply the Word to our lives. Don't take what the preacher says as truth. STUDY FOR YOURSELVES.

2 Timothy 2:15 say, "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

I love you guys. Please know that God's Word is life. It's pregnant with revelation. Prioritize your time with God. You can't hear from Him if you don't take time to talk to Him.

Class it is a sad day for us kids of the 80's and all the world. It is so hard to believe that Micheal Jackson has passed on! I remember we used his music all through school. His was a great artist and will be well remembered always!

We also lost a great actress from the 70's & 80's, most remembered from Charlie's Angels -- Farrah Fawcett lost her battle against Breast Cancer! I remember having a shirt with her on it...poster in my room...I thought as all guys did she was so beautiful..she will be missed as well.

K. Hall...great message, thanks!

Love you guys,
Mark

Hi classmates, I am glad to see some action on here again. I check in once in a while but have been guilty of not posting. I had a baby on March 3, a beautiful (couldn't resist), healthy, redheaded baby girl. We named her Susannah Samantha. We are all doing great. Jackson (9) is an extremely proud and helpful big brother, who adores his sister. I hope that every one is having a great summer, I can't believe June is gone. I have noticed the older I get the faster time goes. I hope that we all cotinue to post because this is a great way to keep in touch. Take care! :)

Can anyone tell me the name of the little Kinderdergarten school that used to be on Park Avenue? I think the building is owned by one of the mills and is used for sample testing now. Also does anybody know if there is a business in the old Northside Elementary building? I need to find an address for it. I'm filling out background check papers, and they want to know everything.
Thanks
