Teen-ager killed, 3 injured in wreck. Woodruff, l5, of Stuttgart was killed and three persons were injured when the pickup truck in which they were riding went out of control and overturned about 9:45 p.m. Saturday on a county road half a mile south of Stuttgart. Jason P. Graham, 16, and Nancy Pappan, 15, both of Stuttgart, and Jake Johnson, 18, of De Valls Bluff, were treated at Stuttgart Memorial Hospital and released. State Trooper John Schneller said Woodruff was driving east at a high speed when she lost control. The truck skidded 272 feet, overturned three times and landed on its top, Schneller said. He said the victims were not wearing seat belts and the weather was clear and the road dry. Woodruff was a student at Stuttgart High School. Survivors are her parents, Gene Woodruff and Geneva Muse, both of Stuttgart; a brother, Jason Woodruff of Stuttgart; a grandfather, Champ Muse of Humphrey (Arkansas County), and a grandmother, Mrs. Edith Woodruff of Stuttgart.Funeral will be at l0 a.m. Tuesday at Argo Chapel Church of Christ at Humphrey. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery at Stuttgart by Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.
