
Everett D. Conrad, 28, of Burnsville, passed away Friday, October 8, 1999 at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He was born December 25, 1970 at Gassaway, a son of the late Carl Harlen Conrad and Gloria Jean Bosley Conrad of Burnsville. He was a member of the Burnsville Volunteer Fire Department for 12 years, a member of the Board of Fire Commissioners, a graduate of Braxton County High School in 1990, and a member of the Hookem and Jerkem Bass Club at Burnsville. He was a Christian by faith. Survivors include: mother, Gloria Jean Bosley Conrad of Burnsville; maternal grandmother, Mary Bosley of Burnsville; paternal grandmother, Anna Conrad of Orlando; sister, Jalena Brown Ledford of Gastonia, North Carolina. Funeral services were held Sunday, October 10, 1999 at the Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home with Rev. Delmas Singleton officiating. Burial took place in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Gem.
