I have just learned from Jeannette LaCroix Chace, that Barbara Mello Pelletier, died on December 19, 2001, due to heart problems. I always remember Barbara's enthusiasm as the Head Majorette and the times she rode on the back of my convertible, freezing in the dead of winter, to commend the Case High Cardinals after a victory, or a loss.
