David was my "best bud" from the age of 5. We started school together at Whitney in 1970. We grew up in the same neighborhood (Newfie section of Pier) and our families knew each other well. We attended the same church, were confirmed together and were in youth group together. I have many fond memories of David but some of my favorite have to be from junior high wood shop, bowling together and our trips away with the youth group. We competed in grades, bowling scores, reach for the top and hockey teams (he was a Habs fan & I am a die hard Leaf fan). But we were always there to support each other and push each other to do better. We talked about everything ... boy how I miss being able to talk to him now ... but I truly believe that he is with me wherever I go ... "Missing you", always your friend, Dorothy
