Jim died suddenly on Tuesday, May 1, 2007. Lt. Col. Wilbur, Retired USAF, was a 17-year commercial pilot for United Airlines. He also was a graduate of the Albany Medical College Nurse Anesthetist Program and was associated with the Capital Region Orthopedic Bone and Joint Center.
