Okay Falcons,

For all of you that are a little frustrated by the reunion rollercoaster, and those of you that are afraid to be in contempt of court, and even those of you that are quietly sitting at your computers giggling...

I am officially challenging Kristen Jepsen to a 3 round UFC Match, at the picnic, in the grass. (Or the inflatable castle, whichever grabs our fancy... ) Now some of you may scoff at this match up, I mean Kristen played every sport in the world and was a cheerleader and blah blah blah. I will have you know that for some reason SHORT people not only live longer but happen to have a very low center of gravity which is great for balance.

When I get into physical attacks with people (and I will share my strategy with you so Kristen can prepare herself for the mojo that is coming her way) I have found it very effective to lower my head and run at my opponent like a bull. I even put my fingers into the shapes of horns at my head so as to intimidate and befuddle my intended victim. I can throw my weight around like nobodys business so think twice before you put your money on Miss-Oh-So-Thinner-Than-She-Was-In-High-School-Jepsen.

(My record is 115-2-0. Yes I have been busy...)

So now - the only thing to do is start placing bets and let us know if you prefer a mud match or a jello match. I think Kristen would definitely go for mud because that is the kind of girl she is, also Taffi tells me that jello will stain, but we will leave it up to you all. We will be accepting applications for our corner boys so please send a resume and cover letter detailing any relevant experience. 

One FINAL thing - for any of you that thought this would really ever in a million years happen - SORRY! Just trying to lighten the mood a little. But I am sure Kristen and I will hug each other so bring your cameras.

Okay, Shannon, you really missed your calling.  I'm laughing so hard I'm crying.  You need to start a blog-it could even be on high school reunions.  We could co-write and get a huge following.  The modern technology version of Romy and Michelle's high school reunion.  Or maybe not, I can't really remember that movie, but I know it had something to do with a high school reunion. Anyway, do I get to use my posse?  Because I have three kids now, and the boys at least know how to throw down.  ESPECIALLY in castle jumpers. The girl...well, she's really good at dramatically screaming and crying, so maybe I'll use her to try and get sympathy.

Do you think it will bring people out to the reunion to mention that Ethelda and Herb are coming?  As in Burke and Don.  Or maybe they will be afraid.  Don't say you heard it here, but rumor is that Teresa and Ethelda are going to go at it regarding the nappy hair comment of 1988 (read Teresa's profile if I'm losing you here...).

I think you succeeded in lightening the atmosphere.

Yes, Mrs. Burke emailed me and said she would be honored to come to our picnic!  I dd think about a ranking contest, of which she and I had many....but I love her too much to do that now!   Yes, she did say that I needed some "stay soft " hair product! its all good though!  She still rocks!

Nice pic Kristen - I can't wait to actually see you in person because I know you secretly weigh like 280 lbs. And you are probably bald too. 

Two things:

1. The nappy hair war!! Hahahaha. I forgot all about that. Wasn't Mr. Moomaugh in that competition too?

2. Teresa said "ranking contest" - we could charge an extra fee for a full on Eminem in 8 Mile onstage rank-off. I think we should seriously consider that. And is it just me or is Eminem really hot? (asks the girl that thought Spencer Ross was hot....)

Okay well I am happy that the only two people that ever look at this site bsides me liked my post.

You've got me Shannon-that is why there are no pictures of me on Facebook either.  I'm really a big huge man now.  Call me Kris. Wouldn't that be a trip?

I've been calling you Kris for almost 25 years, just not to your face. I wonder if that is what happened to Traci - maybe her name is Trey now.

that is so funny, because my husband insists that everyone calls me Kris (family and old friends) and I insist that my name is SO not Kris.  I don't like it, but I obviously don't notice it so you can call me Kris.  Or Jepsen works too. I like how we are now communicating by "user forum", Facebook, email, and phone.  I just can't get enough of you!

Before you two throwdown, please remember permission slips signed by your parents and bring a lunch in a brown bag or a Smurfs lunchbox but no canned beverages.  Any drinks must be in a thermos.  And make sure you bring enough for the entire class.  Shannon, spit out that gum!  And to keep this a clean fight, you'll be dueling either by Dance Dance Revolution pads to C&C Music Factory or Guitar Hero showdown to all the Tears for Fears hits.  Get ready to rumble...IT'S ON!
