A Reunion Proposition

As our 20-year high school reunion date nears, I’d like to point out the obvious to those of you still not sure it will be worth forking over $100 for one evening event and a daytime picnic. Think about it – we are all nearing 40 years of life on this planet.  40!!! Some might call that middle age-dom – others will say it’s the new 20. Either way, it’s a fact of life that we aren’t the young, immature, ready to do ANYTHING for a laugh kids we were at Foss. We’re all older and we ain’t getting’ younger! My point is – here is our opportunity to get together one more time before it’s too late! I’m not trying to be morbid here but keep in mind, anything can happen in 10 years. And as Kristen has been saying, we all look so much better now than we did in high school. I’m not so sure we’ll be able to say that when we’re  48+ years old.

For those of you who came to the 10-year reunion – do you remember how much fun that was? Neither do I! Katie and I barely made it back to our hotel room. Thank God I still have the photo. Now THAT’S priceless!
And here is my proposition to you who have not yet paid…
If you PAY and COME to the reunion, Katie and I will reenact the attached party pic from college. I’ve been growing my hair out since January when I paid for my ticket (really, don’t I win a prize???) However, Katie is NOT willing to get her hair permed for the occasion. Don't worry - I'll work on her. How’s THAT for incentive!!! Come on! Party it up with US!
So please pay up, chalk it up to a life circumstance, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!  Ignore the craziness that has ensued with the planning, cancelling, sarcasm, threatening, reinstating, uncertainty, rallying, Facebooking, foruming, wondering, worrying… please just come.  Have a good time. With us.
I have 3 prom dresses that I intend to pull a Carrie Underwood with throughout the evening event. Yes, even the one that was soiled in the unfortunate throw-up incident. (Sorry Te) It cleaned up pretty well.
Oh, and if anyone can locate Fred Jordan, I would truly appreciate it. And Sandy ArrowoodAnd Joyce Chan. And Michael Blair. And Johnnie Yi.  And Bobby Malang. And Todd Milles. And Dave Robson. And Paul Robson. And Bill Roush. And Penny Ruffin. And Brooks Seymore. And Heather Smith. And Josh Schulz. And Janet Stillman. And Anne Tuttle. And Trent Thomas. And Anh Tran. And Lisa Undeberg. And Ann Voss. And Tim Williams. To name a few. Come on guys!

Todd Milles lives across the street from me - I am working on him and along with him comes Fred Jordan and Aaron Howe.

I called Mike Blair but I will certainly pass along his phone number if anyone wants to talk to him, got the Robsons on Classmates, talked to Bill Roush's wife and they are coming. Josh has been threatened with bodily harm, Tim is being hunted down by Michelle, Bobby Malang isn't coming - he lives in Arizona, Trent and Victoria Thomas are supposed to come but they just went through an ordeal with one of their children, I think Kristen got Heather Smith, and the rest we can go to work on! If anyone wants any contact info for any of these peeps so we can gang up on them let me know.

If everyone that is coming could just convince one more person to come that would rock.

God I need to change that God awful picture of me.
