Tacoma News Tribune Obit: Robert Seitz Bob left us suddenly on July 27th after a massive heart attack. He was born on Sept. 4, 1954 in Tacoma and lived here his entire life. He graduated from Mt. Tahoma High School in 1972 and continued his family’s generations-old tradition by becoming a longshoreman and member of ILWU 23. He continued to be a devoted union member until his death. Bob was committed to being a good father to his children and loved the outdoors and working in his garden. Bob was preceded in death by his beloved parents Harold and Gloria Seitz. He is survived by his wife Diane, his children Michael, Amber and Dale; his brother, Ronald (wife Debra), sister Beverly Seitz Rollins (husband Roy), and many other loved ones. There will be a private family viewing from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday, Aug 1, 2005, and a public viewing will be held 2:00 – 9:00 PM. Services will be at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, Aug 2, 2005 in Mountain View’s Valley Chapel. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to a charity of your choice in Bob’s memory.
