So sad to see John added to our "In Memory" page. There are only a few of us "wainwright" kids left. We started in Kindergarten and were together all through school - so many memories from so many years.
Thinking about you and the family. It's hard to lose a loved one.
It makes my heart sore to see John's name here. We knew each other back when his family lived in Fircrest. He was the best at keeping in touch - and I loved hearing about Penny's garden, his fishing trips, business ventures and submarine buddies/work. For a long time we had luch every 3-4 months until I moved to Port Townsend. I know he was a dear friend to many folks in our class - I can still see him in my minds eye at the lunches and tooling around in his dear friend Mack's car.
