Recently, we lost brother John Delbaugh who passed after being stricken ill. A 20 year veteran of the Tampa Fire Department, and father of two, John was known for his larger than life personality and kind heart. Always answering the call of those in need both in his professional and personal life. We will miss him dearly but he will never be forgotten.

It is with great sadness that Tampa Fire Rescue has lost one of our own. John Delbaugh was hired in 1988 and for the past several years has served on Truck 13 in North Tampa. John is survived by wife Denise, and son John, Jr.During his rather sudden illness brother and sister firefighters rallied aroundthe family to show support and caring.
From those of us that went on the 25 year reunion cruise - "John, thanks for memories! Whose your daddy??"
