Kelly, Richard Allen went to be with the Lord on October 15, 2013 after a long, hard fight with cancer. Richard retired July 30, 2013 after 27 years, as a Senior Supervisory Special Agent with Homeland Security. He was born July 21, 1956 at Ellington Air Force Base in Genoa, Texas. He spent his childhood in Tampa, Florida and graduated from Temple Heights Christian School in 1974. He graduated from Bob Jones University in 1980 with a BA in Theology with minors in Greek and Hebrew. He is survived by his wife of 34 years Susan, sons, Richard Jr. and Christopher; parents, Raymond A. Kelly Jr., (Regenia), Mary Evelyn Firmature (Anthony); brother, Randal Kelly; sisters, Colette Mason, Colleen Kelly, and Annette Parker. The Funeral Service will be at 4 pm on Saturday, October 19, at Blount and Curry Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss, Tampa. There will be a Visitation at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, it is the family's wishes that donations be made to Give Kids the World. ( www.GKTW.org )
