KELLEY, Kandi (Teegardin) 62, of Tampa, died December 29, 2019, of pancreatic cancer. She is survived by her husband, Kit Kelley; brother, Jim Teegardin; sisters, Janice Ward, Cindee Ladge, Debbie Wallace; several nieces and nephews. Visitation with family will be at Blount & Curry, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa, Saturday, January 4, 10 am.
