Ralph Wilson Downey, 50, passed away June 1, 2005 in a local hospital.  Mr. Downey was the son of the late Wilson Porter Downey and the late Evelyn Jones Downey.  He was born January 20, 1955 in Muscatine, Iowa.

Mr. Downey is survived by two sons, Keith & Michael of Jacksonville, FL; one half-brother, Robert Andresen of Tampa, FL; four sisters, Ranelle Hoffman and Rosalie McManus of Taylor Ridge, IL; Robby Clark of Coal Valley, IL; Rebecca Downey of East Moline, IL and 13 nieces & nephews.

He is preceded in death by a half-brother, Ronald Andresen, of Plant City, FL.  Local arrangements have been provided by Fraser Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held in Mr. Downey's hometown of Milan, IL.
