I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Gene's passing. We sat next to each other in Physics class at Teaneck High School, and we both did our undergraduate studies at Penn State. When my first husband, Milt Schwartz, was alive, we used to take our daughter Bonnie to swim meets, and we sometimes ran into Gene there. The last time i saw him was at one of our THS Class of 1961 reunions.
My deepest sympathy goes to Eileen and his whole family.
