Grew up as neighbors to Ronnie, her sister Barbara and Mr and Mrs Blackmore. Just a wonderful childhood and memory, also with Bob Sadlier on the other side. Miss you Ronnie, see ya down the road on the other side.
Ronnie was a special woman. As Rob Walther mentioned we were neighbors. She lived (and endured) living between us on Van Buren Avenue. Great growing up together in school, church and family get togethers. She was my first love and it is sad to say goodbye. We stayed in touch over the years, albeit sometimes only with Christmas cards but, they always brought smiles. I'm smiling now, through tears, as I think of you. Farewell my wonderful friend.
I am so sorry to hear that Ronnie is gone. I, too, lived on Van Buren Avenue. I remember some wonderful times at her house with some of our first boy and girl parties. She was a great neighbor and friend and I'm sure I was in awe of her growing up..
Ronnie Blackmore - cute, enthusiastic, intelligent, friendly, happy, fun, "are you up for it?" Delta Phi Episilon was lucky to have this cheerleader as a member. She was nice to everyone and enjoyed and interacted with everyone. Her passing is a light snuffed out on this earth. But she is in heaven bringing laughter and love there in the presence of God. She will be missed on this earth. Happy time on this new, eternal adventure, Ronnie. Much sympathy to her sister.
I went through Grade School and High School with Ronnie . We met at Class Reunions and caught up on what was and had happened in our lives. Always the same beautiful person who was always so popular in High School, a big beautiful smile would emerge and again we would reiminess of days gone by. I read a very interesting article article one time that compared Life to a train on a series of train rides. It is what we might all experience. Ronnie was such a great friend which I have many fond memories of...Full Happiness is sharing with someone and Ronnie was one you would love to share things . A wonderful friend that always would make you feel happy just being in her presence. A beautiful person to say the the least. She will not be forgotten as long as we remember her. She and many of you knew me by my nickname which was Bud Vietoris (Warren)
Ronnie was always bright and cheerful, lit up the room with her smile when she entered. Never heard a negartive word form her. She will be missed.
Godspeed.

I did not know Ronnie well but loved her energy and cheerfulnes, both amply demonstrated in her cheerleading. She ws a bright light at Teaneck High!
