Some very sad news, Bill passed on July 27 from cardiac arrest. I was not home, up in NJ at the time. The kids found him sitting in his chair, looking very peaceful.
I have my moments and am working through the process. I am surrounded by an outpouring of love which really helps.
Hope you and Charlene are doing well. He loved you and treasured the lifetime friendship you shared.
My Comments: Bill was extraordinarilly gifted in many ways: Things came easy to him no matter what the genre . . . academics, atheltics, business, or being a dad. He was a great friend, my next door neighbor, and the most fun person I spent time with. I am lucky to have known him and his whole family, and I will miss him every day.
I knew Bill as a fellow teammate on the football team. We also liked to play cards (oenny ante poker) when we weren't in school. I'll always remember him being the first guy to ifnish his laps after football practice. My Dad even mentioned that he shold probably join the track team, Rest in peace my friend.
