John Francis Connelly Jr.

55 years old just before his 56th birthday

John is predeceased by his mother Beverly Ann Connelly and brother Raymond Mark Connelly.
He is survived by his father John Francis Connelly, son John Raymond Lee Connelly and his wife Kristen Lynn Connelly, sister Cheryl Lee Connelly, brother Mark Stephen Connelly and his wife Jil Marjorie Connelly, brother Robert William Connelly and his wife Racquel Rive Connelly and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins as well as a great niece and great nephew. John was born in New Britain, Connecticut on Sept. 22, 1964 to John Francis Connelly and Beverly Ann Connelly. His family moved to Little Rock, Arkansas In 1971 and then moved to The Woodlands, Texas in 1977. John graduated from McCullough High School in 1982. John married Janet Lee Johnson and had their son John in 1993 in Denton, Texas. He was able to participate in his son’s marriage to Kristen in 2017. John thoroughly enjoyed being with his family, loved music, dancing and fishing.

He was as they say a “Gentle Giant”, he was the most honest, living and caring soul we’ve ever met! The last 20 years of his life he worked at Tri-County Services and lived in Conroe. John and his longtime friend, Chuck Wallace, enjoyed watching wrestling, going to movies and bowling. He is going to be missed deeply by all who knew him.
