KENRAD CHASTAIN, Jr., “Butch,” Born 24 July 1953 in Thomasville, Georgia at Archbold Memorial Hospital.  He attended schools in Jacksonville, Florida and in Thomasville.  Butch received his high school diploma in Nashville, Tennessee where he also worked at a tape shop.
