Dearest Ruth Ann,

You will always be remembered as the sweetest and most humble person I ever knew.   You would laugh shyly at silliness and respond gently to chaos.  You were always a lady and ever the perfect student.  You didn’t seem to even know how brilliant you were or how much we all loved you.  In all the years from first grade through high school, never once did you ever do or say a mean word to anyone or do anything to make anyone uncomfortable.  You smiled easily and worked hard at everything you did.  When you suffered you never complained and you were always there to reach out to others in need.  You were a loving and kind daughter, sister and friend and you will be remembered with love.

Your friend, Rachel
