Lois Kerschner (Mathias)

Lois A. Mathias, 74, of Tiffin, passed away at 4:19 a.m., Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Volunteers of America, Autumnwood Care Center in Tiffin.

Lois was born December 30, 1948, in Tiffin, to the late Charles and Josephine C. (Habig) Kerschner. She married Robert E. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tiffin on July 25, 1980.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Mathias of Tiffin, a brother, Charles Kerschner of Cleveland and a sister, Louise Kerschner of North Ridgeville, OH.

Lois retired from Tiffin Wal-Mart and McDonald's. Lois was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a 1967 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Paul Kerschner.

Graveside services for Lois will be at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Seneca Memory Gardens. There will be no visitation held at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in c/o Engle-Shook Funeral Home in Tiffin, 135 N. Washington Street, Tiffin, OH 44883.
