Miranda found Anne Holtom in one class photo in first grade!  That year there were three separate first grade classes.   Mrs. Button's class was the smallest, with 17 kiddies, including Miranda, George Shibata & Ann Yamamoto.   There were 21 in Mrs. Peterson's class, including Brian Kleinjans, Norman Nishikawa, and June Eguchi.  There were 19 in Miss Isokane's class.  (She later became Mrs. Ricketson.)  In her class's group photo Anne Holtom is standing next to Eileen Hamada and  Douglas Buckley is near-by.  Rodney Kuan, Liz Martin, Connie Eguchi and George Ting were in the same class.  (George later skipped a grade.)
