Lee (she never went by Marva) went to Heatherdowns Elementary and attended BHS for freshman, sophomore, and junior year, I believe, before moving away. She was a friend of mine on Facebook I had not heard from for awhile, so I went to her page and found out she had passed away in December, 2024. RIP Lee.

Lee and I were friends in high school, and did a lot of private messaging over the last several years. Especially during tough times. She was always a loving and sympathetic soul.And a sincere Christian.
My last text from her was about 5 months before she passed.
I wasn't aware she had passed, and am truly saddened to learn of this.

I knew Lee since early gradeschool at Heatherdowns. She lived a block away and the next street over. She lived on the same block as other classmates, Sharon Severance and John Wood (Martinez). I remember stopping and visiting with her at her home in Jackson in '68. I had an email conversation with her a few years ago. I'm sad I didn't continue the correspondence..
