Ted (Theodore) Oatis. One of the brightest guys I have met - and with a great sense of humor (aka "The Odor"). Our golf trips with Ted always included a certain amount of banter and jokes (practical and otherwise). His golf game got even better after he graduated from high school. He loved the game.
Ted had big aspirations and he accomplished them. His Boston developments were legendary and he served the community. Not a suprise based on the kind of person was.
Some great times were at his home playing pool and hanging out with his parents who were both superb people. We would often gravitate to the living room for hefty and humorous conversationn with Ted's dad who loved to discuss politics. Ted was truly one of the great ones.
