Classmate “Bob” Evertson passed July 11. 2019 in Topeka.  He was born April 16, 1943 and was self employed. Survivors include his close friend and companion, Julie Eaton and many friends in the Topeka pigeon and rabbit community.  He is a member of the United Roller Club, a Racing Pigeon Club and the Capitol City Rabbit Club.  His obituary tells of his raising Homing/Racing pigeons as well a showing Roller Pigeons and Checker Giants and Dutch Rabbits.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 16 at Dove Cremations and Funerals, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Contributions may be made to Topeka Racing Pigeon Club, 4711 NW Redwood Dr, Topeka, Ks 66618
