I haven't seen Sharon in years. We shared "home room" together in high school. I considered her a friend who was kind to all. I always knew she would achieve much in life.Wendy Fisher (House)
I got to know Sharon much better at KU than I did in highschool. She just continued to blossom and was a standout on campus academically as well as in a wide range of extracurricular activities. I was especially fortunate to have shared an apartment with her for our first two years in Ann Arbor. Back in 1965, heading off to graduate school was intimidating for women (even if we didn't acknowledge it) so it meant a lot to head off with a supportive friend. We have kept in touch over the many years since then but I regret not having seen her recently. She was so bright and hard-working, and also lovely, warm, and artistic. I know her family will miss her greatly as will her friends.

I haven't seen Sharon since high school, followed by her parents' funerals. We attended grade, junior high and high school together. We were also in brownies and girl scouts and enjoyed a fun time at Camp Daisy Hindman. Sharon was always a very serious student and good artist. I was saddened to learn of her passing.
