Felipe Munoz died at his home in Topeka, Tuesday January 19, 1999. "Phil" was an elementary teacher for the Topeka Schools. He was recognized as a teacher and as a community leader in the multicultural actitivies. He was a member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Chathlic Church.
