Classmate George L. Shields, of Topeka, died Monday August 19, 2013. He was owner of Excutive Limousine Service. George is survived by his wife Margaret. He is the son of George and Ruth Shields-Thomas. Additional obituary information may be found on www.DoveCremation.com

I met George when I moved to Topeka in the summer of 1955. We ran kind wild. I did not see muchof him at THS. But, later in life I ran into him, seemingly, everywhere. He had a limo service...and some really good customers!

I met George right after we moved to Topeka in 1955. He was a character to say the least. I lost track of him in later years. I am sad to hear of his passing.
