I am saddened to hear of Mary's passing.  She was a genuinely nice person and funny, too.  I considered Mary our Holiday Jr High class historian.  She had all sorts of memorabilia from that time, photos, and reunion books.  She and her husband would also host get-togethers after our Holiday reunions.  Mary was one of my go -to people when I wanted to know about classmates.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

I got acquainted with Mary and her husband Marvin after HS. Her son Jeff was in my Cub Scout Den with my son Jeff. At the time the kids were going to Gage Elementary School. She was a lovely person with a infectious smile and laugh. I visited with her through the years and again at the 50th reunion. It's time to take every day as a blessing and pass along joy to someone else.

March 14th, 2015 I lost my BFF.  Mary and I spent many hours together thru her short illness.  We loved to play cards, Blitz was Mary's favorite card game.  Mary also liked to shop.  We would shop, shop, shop till we dropped, then off to the Shack for a hamberger and fries.  Phone calls two and three times a day, some into the wee small hours of the night.  I have never had a friend like Mary, she was the best.  I'm going to miss my BFF, life won't be the same without her.  I will always treasure our time spent together.  God bless Mary Faye and may she rest in peace.

I was so sorry to learn of Mary Mathers passing.  We attended grade school, jr. high and high school together.  She was friendly to everyone.  I am so glad that I got to visit with her for a short time at the 50th reunion.  She will be greatly missed by her family and close friends, but never forgotten by all that knew her.        Rosine Forrer Feist.
