John and I were good friends all through school. We grew up down the street from each other.He would come to my house and imitate Elvis. He was killed in a traffic accident in the late 70's in KC
John's uncle and aunt were my next door neighbors growing up. John and his mother lived a street over so John was next door quite a bit. When we were young I was the only girl in the neighborhood, so John and the other's kind of looked after me or probably put up with me like a little sister. This is the reason that I am not afraid of snakes or toads. John was a very nice guy and his early death very unfortunate.
