Heather Ann Smalley, 46, Topeka, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Midland Hospice House.
Heather was born May 11, 1963 in Topeka, the daughter of Clyde L. and Sue Ellen (Reames) Smalley, Jr. She graduated from Topeka High School in 1982. 
She had worked at I.S.S. Mail center and T.A.R.C. day center.
Survivors include brothers, Clyde L. “Bud” Smalley, III and wife, Tammy, Winnsboro, LA, Daniel F. Smalley, Grantville; sisters, Lindsey Tallent, Sapulpa, OK, Cynthia Boatman, and husband, Larry, Shawnee; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Thomas M. Smalley.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
