Leah Ann (Niehaus) Porter, 66, Topeka, died Friday, June 26, 2015, at Stormont-Vail Hospital. She was born October 24, 1948, at Topeka, the daughter of Leland and Florence (Johnson) Niehaus. Leah graduated from Highland Park High School in 1966. She graduated from American Career College in 1980. She was a Certified-Nursing-Assistant at Brighton Place West. Surviving are sons: Matt McClain (Debra George) of Burlingame and Marc McClain (Cyndie) of Topeka; brothers: Jerry Niehaus and Rodney Niehaus both of Topeka; grandchildren: John Balandran, Devvon Cox, Jason McClain, and Jazmin McClain; great-grandchildren: Jaxon Balandran and Journey Balandran; and aunts: Maxine Thompson of Topeka, Juanita Switzer of Minneapolis, MN, and Demaris Johnson of Topeka.
