I have no idea when Bob Waters died, but I am sure it was way too soon. I remember being in some classes with him in grade school. If I remember right he was kind of a quiet guy and shy guy at least in grade school, but I was a quiet shy girl back then too. I don't seem to remember much about him in high school, don't remember having any classes with him then. Rest in peace, my fellow classmate.
