Diana E. Meyer 54 of Topeka died Thursday, January 23, 2003 at home with her family and friends all around. Diana, was born August 24, 1948 in Topeka, Kansas to Joe and Betty Crawford Wilson. She lived most of her life in Topeka. She graduated from Highland Park High School in 1966. She graduated from beauty school in North Topeka. She was a beautician for 32 years and was the owner of the Bet-Son Salon before retiring three years due to health reasons. She attended the Assembly of God Church and was previously involved in the P.T.O. where she served as past president. She married Wilbur W. Meyer, October 6, 1968 in Topeka, Kansas, he survives. Other survivors are: Daughters Heidi L. Meyer; Kelly R. Meyer; Step-Duaghter: Kelly Stanley; two Grandsons; Sisters Marty Trout; Sandy Richardson and Brothers Steve Wilson and Larry Wilson.
I sure miss you dear FRIEND. We had a lot of fun through out our school days and on in to our adult married days. You did my hair for the Music Man and when you had your own shop you always did my hair. Our kids grew up together called us Aunt and Uncle. Something really funny is my kids knew better but when you left us to be with the LORD, my kids really thought you were their Aunt but at the sometime could not figure out how. Again, we ALL sure had a very good time and I really miss you to talk with etc. Rest in Peace my dear FRIEND. Love you and you are always in my heart dear FRIEND.
