Stephen T. "Skip" Heinrich, 69, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. He was born November 16, 1944 in Topeka, the son of Stephen and Barbara McCubbin Heinrich.

Skip graduated from Highland Park High School. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a Journeyman Sheet Metal worker for most of his life. Skip was a car and nature enthusiast.

Survivors include his two children, Thomas T. Heinrich of Oceanside, CA, Traci K. VanSchaick of Topeka and three grandchildren, Mickenzi, Kyli and Levi.
