Deborah Hewitt Arsego, born July 14, 1956, passed away peacefully in her home during the early hours of April 23, 2020, surrounded by her family. Debbie was admirable and relentless in her long and courageous battle with lung cancer.

Debbie was a loving wife, mother, and very devoted, selfless friend to all. She was a lifelong hairdresser and beautician, as well as a Victorian and gardening enthusiast. Every summer Debbie looked forward to spending time in her flower gardens, as well as her yearly trip to the beach with “the girls.” She deeply admired and appreciated each and every vase of flowers, and every card that came through our door during her fight.

Her husband, Bruce, daughter, Nyla and boyfriend CJ Perry, sister Lorie Hewitt, nephew Bryan Rayno, and several extended family members survive Debbie. Her dear in-laws, Lorine Arsego, Bill and Donna Ducci, her niece, Jackie Ducci, nephew John Ducci and wife Amy Ducci, also survive her. Her parents, Gordon and Elizabeth Hewitt, are deceased. She also leaves behind a list of several devoted close friends.

Deborah will be cremated and brought home to her husband and daughter. There will not be any immediate services, however a celebration of life will follow at a later date_ Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
