TORRINGTON — Linda (Hurrey) Parsons, 55, died at Litchfield Woods after a long illness.

She is survived by her husband, Gary, of 36 years, daughter Tracy Woodward and her husband, Michael, of Torrington, son Gary Parsons of Virginia, and her two grandsons, Logan aka "GoGo," and Connor aka "Scooter." She was predeceased by her father, Frank J. Hurrey. She is survived by her mother, Wilma J. Richardson Hurrey, sisters Deborah, Judy, Frances and Pamela, brother Timothy, and mother-in-law Frances Parsons.
