Ruth was a nice girl, woman who I knew since grade school since we lived in Wynanskill and attended that school. Later it was THS. Her father was the first constable in Wynantskill. I didn't know where Ruth went until one time about 15 years ago I was at the ocean in RI/Conn area and I happened to see an advertisement regarding a nice eating place by the ocean and that she now owned this business. It was an already well established business. The day I was there I mentioned to a girl that I knew Ruth and grew up with her. She told me Ruth was her mother and she oftened still taked about her original home. I never did get to see Ruth in person and was a bit disappointed. I was sorry to hear of her passing.
