Monday, April 2, 2007 HADLEY - Michelle (Golinski) Mokrzecki, 58, of 20 Stockbridge Road, died Saturday at the Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Born in Troy, N.Y., July 2, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Marion (Tummanello) Golinski. Michelle graduated from Troy High School and graduated from Tusculum College in Greenville, Tenn. At the time of her death, she was a special education teacher at Smith Vocational High School. She had also worked at Hopkins Academy and Russell School, both in Hadley. She taught at Troy High School for 10 years before moving to Hadley. She was a communicant of Most Holy Redeemer Church in Hadley. She leaves her husband, Alexander C. Mokrzecki; two sons, Alexander L. Mokrzecki and David J. Mokrzecki, both of Hadley; her brothers, Leon Golinski of New Simyma Beach, Fla. and Christopher Golinski of Georgia; her sister, Marilyn Gilmore and her husband, Walter, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; and her sister in-law Irene Golinski of Columbia, Md. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Lt. Col. Ronald F. Golinski. The funeral will be Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. from the Drozdal Funeral Home, Northampton, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in Most Holy Redeemer Church. The family will receive friends in the Victorian Room Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made in her name to the special education department at Smith Vocational High School, Locust Street, Northampton, MA 01060.
