I met Judy my first day at Wynantskill Elementary School, Oct. 9, 1959. I had just moved there from Center Brunswick and was placed in Miss McCarthy's 5th grade class with Judy and a host of people who would become lifelong acquaintences.She was always upbeat and outgoing, smart too. She was a very nice person and will be missed. Rest in Peace Judy. Condolences to friends and family.

There are classmates with whom we are close and have friendships, and others whom we know from the every day life in high school. Judy Gundrum was such a classmate; however I remember her so well because she was always kind and welcoming. May she rest in peace and her family have solace in the fact Judy was always such a wonderful person.
