Karen A, Kearns Sessa, 49

Brunswick - Karen A, Kearns Sessa, 49, of Brunswick passed away peacefully Monday, June 20, 2011, at St. Peter's Hospital Albany after a long illness.

Born in Milwaukee, WI, she was daughter of Garry J. Kearns and Jo Ann Farina Kearns and wife for 24 years of Joseph E. Sessa. She had resided in the Troy and Brunswick areas all her life and was a graduate of Troy High School and earned a Bachelor's degree from Columbia College in Chicago.

Karen was a homemaker and mother and lived her life for her family. She was an accomplished figure skater as a young lady and loved rescuing and riding horses and painting.

Survivors in addition to her husband and parents include three children, Juliun, Jaisah and Jager Sessa; two brothers, Kenneth and Kevin Kearns both of Troy and her maternal grandmother, Theresa Farina, Troy.
